This bar chart shows  the top date-producing countries in 2001.We see there are ten Gulf and African  countries and the number of the annual production which is in tonnes and starts from zero to one million , two hundred thousand.

Turning to the details, Egypt is the leader of the ten countries  and is above the million tonnes  and is followed by Iran which is around eight hundred thousand .In this report we see some similarities between Saudi Arabia and the  UAE which are more than Iraq and Pakistan in production. They are between six hundred to eight hundred thousand. Moreover, Algeria is around three hundred thousand. Finally we see Libya is one hundred thousand which is half of Oman and they are the smallest producers  in the bar chart.

In conclusion,  Egypt is the only one which produced more than one million and we see the rest of the countries  produced more than  six hundred thousand except three  countries which are Algeria , Libya and Oman.
