These two pie charts show us the types of gifts that men and women in the U.S.A buy for each other on Valentine’s Day. They are divided into eight separate categories shown on the charts.

First of all, the first pie chart shows what men buy for women which is mostly they buy cards for their women. On the other hand, the women’s percentage of buying cards is more than men’s which is 27 % and the men only 18 %. The second most popular on the two pie charts is candy. On the women's chart it is 21% which is more than the men’s pie chart. The third most popular on the two charts is flowers where men are 16% and that means a larger percentage than women. Finally we see perfume and jewelry, lingerie, spa /personal on the women's pie chart are more than men when they are buying for each other.

In conclusion, the most popular gift bought by both men and woman is cards. Candy and flowers are the next most popular.
