Moreover, Lagos had the lowest number of population in 1950 which is less than one million and the most dramatic growth of all the countries. On the other hand  in 2015 we see Sao Paolo, Brazil and Tokyo Japan have the biggest amount of population which is 25 million. The lowest amount in 2015 predicted is in London

In conclusion, we see USA New York has a gradual increase from 1950 until 2015.Also we see Cairo has a huge increase from 1950 to 2015.Overall, we see most countries predicted to be bigger than ever.

There are many problems in Abu Dhabi and one of them is traffic congestion which is considered the first problem in Abu Dhabi. As we know there are causes of this problem and as with everything in the world there will be solutions. In this essay I will discuss and describe the causes of traffic congestion and the solutions.

First of all, we will start with the causes and the problems of traffic congestion. There are many but one of them is the growing population in Abu Dhabi. As we know Abu Dhabi has a large number of people that immigrate to it, and work in it and have their opportunity. Secondly, we have the construction problem in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi is the city that cannot stop working in the Middle East. The rush hour in Abu Dhabi is between 8 clock in the morning to 9 clock and many people use limited roads and they are always under construction which causes really heavy traffic. Moreover, sometimes on the road we meet young Emirati drivers who drive too riskily and cause accidents on the roads and make traffic congestion.

There are many solutions of the traffic congestion and one of them is better education to the young Emirati people. However, as we mentioned, there are many people in the UAE and many expatriates and  we can reduce the problem by limiting the number of cars per household. In addition, we can be more strict to the young people who are crazy when driving.

In conclusion, Abu Dhabi as we know is an island so there are not many solutions that can be done. Only to make people more knowledgeable about the danger of traffic congestion and the punishments that can be done.

Obesity affects the individual and the country. The biggest effect is on the individual. First of all, being overweight has health risks. Obesity can lead to heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions. The quality of life suffers, as it is difficult to enjoy exercise or move. Another result is lack of self-esteem. This can lead to depression, eating disorders and crash diets. The country is also affected. It becomes very expensive for the government to provide advanced medical care such as heart transplants. Unhealthy citizens are also less productive. and their children learn poor eating habits. 
Obesity can be divided into three main causes - diet, lifestyle and education. One of the chief causes is diet. Young Emiratis eat more and more high-carbohydrate, high-fat burgers and pizza in fast-food restaurants. However, some traditional foods are also very oily, and because of increasing affluence are eaten more often than in the past. Lifestyle is a second main cause of obesity. As a result of cheap foreign labour, many Emiratis now have sedentary jobs, and do not exercise regularly. However, one of the main causes is lack of education and awareness. The society's attitude to food often leads to over-consumption. Parents do not teach good eating habits to children, and many people lack knowledge about good nutrition or a balanced diet.
Obesity or even being overweight has serious effects on the individual and the society. Both need to take action to examine the causes of this problem and find solutions.
