How to make butter



This flow chart shows the procedure for making butter by hand. Let me describe the procedure step by step .
In order to make butter by hand, first of all check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. But I recommend for you AlAin milk, the full one. Secondly leave the milk to be cool. Also make sure that you separate the cream form the milk. Next you have to churn the cream . After  that you need to dry it in the microwave. Then make sure you place the butter in a jar and wash the butter with cold water to remove the remaining butter milk. In addition, add a little amount of salt for flavor. Finally cut and wrap the butter and store it in a fridge.

In conclusion, as you see it is a long procedure but if you follow these steps carefully you will make  quality butter.
