How orange juice is made ?

Nowadays, health is too important for the people and there is something special in the orange which is full of vitamin C. In this procedure I will describe how orange juice is made.

First of all, the fruit is unloaded from trucks. secondly the oranges are graded by the employees. Next, the oranges are washed by the machines of the factory. Then , the fruit is sized.After that, oranges are changed to juice by the extractor. Also juice is evaporated at high temperature for a short time. Next, the juice is concentrated and refrigerated. Next, the juice is canned by machines. then it is,  shipped to Dubai. Then the water is added to the concentrated juice to made a perfect juice.

In conclusion, this is a hard and difficult procedure to follow. As you can see there are many steps to know how orange juice is made but if you read it carefully you will be fine.

Reflection two:

The best teacher in the  HCT Mr.Hedley told us how to compare and contrast between the UAE in the past and present and what the differences and the similarities between them are. The other essay  is comparing between major cities  and small villages and includes four paragraphs with my opinion  and both of them must be more than two hundred words.

Comparing villages and cities

There are many similarities and differences between living in a small village and living in a big city. This essay will discuss the similarities and the differences between them and which is better to live in.

First of all, one of the similarities is that both the village and the city have the same facilities such as roads, hospital, shops and schools. There are a lot of things that are common between the village and the city. But the differences are more.

Secondly, the most important difference is the population. Of course the city has a larger population than the village. In  addition, living in a small village is too quiet and more relaxing. On the other hand, the city is quite noisy. Moreover, in a village there is nowhere to enjoy yourself in, like malls. But in the city there are many malls and restaurants that you can eat in. The education in the city is more provided by the Government than the village such as, universities, schools and colleges.

In conclusion, I do prefer the city because there is more life and energy but the village I think is for old people to relax in. If you ask someone and he is young definitely he will say “in my opinion I will live in the city because all the things you like are around you”.

The UAE Today and 40 years ago

 
The world is changing very fast without any one noticing it. We will discuss what are the similarities and differences between the UAE today and 40 years ago. In this essay I will compare  the life style in the UAE between the past and the present.

First of all, the education. In the past people only studied the Holy Quran and AL Hadith.Moreover, in the past all the teachers were men because  the women were not allowed to go out and learn .
Whereas the education nowadays is completely different from the past; the students now have  big schools with  many activities you can do  in the school .Now they study Science  ,Physics  ,Math and English ,and the most shocking thing is that there are more women than men in schools.

Secondly, the wedding. It was simple, and nice. It lasted for many days and the whole the village would come and take part in it. The bride and her neighbors made the wedding dress, and it was colorful and sewn by hand with creative embroidery.The bride in the past used a wooden box to store her clothes. Moreover, food was as important in the past as it now .The families got together to make the largest amount of rice and meat that were served at the wedding. The houses were smaller than these days, so that all the relatives and neighbors would come and share with the couple their happiness. But nowadays some people think it so long a way to accept an invitation of a wedding.

In conclusion, the similarities between the past and today are considerable .It is just money and oil  which made this large diffrence you see but the families  have the same traditions  they had  40 years ago.  If you ask someone what you think about the U.A.E in the past and the present he definitely will say” I can not comment on that !! “.

Mr. Hedley told us how to make an essay and what will be included in  it. We first start with the introduction, about twenty words, and the body with the main idea and the conclusion to recommend the steps you must follow carefully. There are three paragraphs with information about how to book a holiday or how to make butter which are the subjects we wrote about and I thought they were easy subjects.

How to make butter



This flow chart shows the procedure for making butter by hand. Let me describe the procedure step by step .

In order to make butter by hand, first of all check the fresh milk for quality and fat content. But I recommend for you AlAin milk, the full one. Secondly leave the milk to be cool. Also make sure that you separate the cream form the milk. Next you have to churn the cream . After  that you need to dry it in the microwave. Then make sure you place the butter in a jar and wash the butter with cold water to remove the remaining butter milk. In addition, add a little amount of salt for flavor. Finally cut and wrap the butter and store it in a fridge.

In conclusion, as you see it is a long procedure but if you follow these steps carefully you will make  quality butter.
